TCD has adopted a special COVID policy for SDR - vaccines and boosters will be required as with regular TCD events, but since dance weekends involve significant travel, we’re letting folks dance without masks if they test negative each day of the event. Please read through all the details here. If you need to cancel for any covid-related reason, including if you get sick or if you’ve already registered and our policy doesn’t work for you, email us at sdr@tcdancers.org and we can give you a refund.

Dancer safety isn’t just about covid! Please review the rest of TCD’s safety policies, located under the Safety tab or starting here. We will designate and announce organizers to talk to if you feel unsafe at any point during the weekend. You can also submit an incident report (anonymously or not) via the link at the bottom of this page. If you feel comfortable, we encourage you to talk to an organizer in person so that we can address the issue more quickly.
