TCD Incident Report

Triangle Country Dance (TCD) strives to create a safe and friendly atmosphere to engage in social dance. Further information can be found in the safety section of our website. This form is a safe place to report an uncomfortable or inappropriate interaction at a TCD event. It can be completed anonymously and only the current President of the TCD Board and a designated Safety Committee of board members will have access to see the information provided. All reports will be reviewed to determine next steps. If you wish to receive information about follow up, please provide contact information at the end of the form.
